Alicia 1. What made you decide to get into professional wrestling, especially at such a young age? Way back in middle school (a few short years ago), I had a crush on a
guy named Chris. He LOVED pro wrestling and once him and I started talking
I started watching it with him. From the first glance I became addicted.
He moved on and went to another school, but I kept watching. 2. What promotions have you/do you work for? IWF, CRUSH, ACWA, IWA, SSCW, and GLORY 3. Of all the promotions you have worked for, which have been your
favorites? Why? Any least favorites? 4. What wrestlers do you enjoy watching? I love any indy worker who is good, but other than that guy-wise I enjoy watching Lance Storm & Jericho. And girl-wise Sunny (for managing) & Molly Holly (for wrestling). 5. What has been your most embarrassing moment in the business? So far my most embarrassing moment was in one of my first singles matches. I won, started getting out of the ring, got my feet caught in the ropes, and fell right smack onto the floor. The building was packed with fan's too.. it was the worst. All I remember is just trying to cover it up. 6. What do you like to do in your spare time? Listen to music (I LOVE all kinds, but mostly Rock), shop, watch movies, and my favorite - talk on the phone. I'm a phone addict. If I'm not wrestling, you can find me on a phone or "bleeping" on my Nextel. 7. What is the best and worst thing about being in professional wrestling? The worst thing for me now, especially because I'm in highschool is loosing
touch with friends who aren't in the business. There's only so many Monday's
you can come into school, sit down with friends, and tell them how happy
you are your match went well and how you didn't get lost on your way to
the show. The best thing is just everything that comes with wrestling. New friends who share your passion, traveling, and just being out there in front of a crowd doing what you love. 8. What has been the highlight of your career thus far? So far the highlight has to be being part of CRUSH. I got to travel, meet some of the best girls in wrestling, work with them, and be in front of a great crowd at SUCH a young age. It was an opportunity I NEVER thought I would have. 9. As a women in a predominately male sport, are you ever treated differently by other wrestlers or promoters? I've been REALLY lucky with the people I've worked with this far. The only difference with the way I've been treated is sometimes people have a tendency not to listen to me. They figure I'm 16, and a girl -- I don't know what I'm talking about. But once they see it's possible for me to be right, they start listening. 10. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In 5 years I'll probably be in College majoring in Public Relations, while working on the independents every weekend trying to get as far in wrestling as I can..
