"Too Hot For TV" Barry Ace

1. What made you want to become involved in pro wrestling?

I've been watching it since they had that Hulk Hogan cartoon on Saturday mornings. Then one day in the 5th grade me and some frinds were playing it at recess. It turned out to be real fun, so I thought that maybe if I got serious about it, I could pull it off.

2. Did you have any formal training? If so, by whom? When and where did you have your first match?

I was trained at NWA-NE's school, first match was just recently in a battle royal, I was supposed to be reffing it but then got thrown into the action by John Phear

3. What promotions have you worked for?

NWA-NE, UCW, NECW, NEWA, ROW, and ECW (as a street teamer)

4. What has been the highlight of your career thus far?

My first angle ever was when as "Sebastion" (a Friday the 13th fanatic) I got to work with "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka

5. What has been your most embarassing moment in the business?

First time I ever refereed. The match was between Rick Fuller (formerly of WCW) and the Outpatient. They didn't tell me the finish so when the spot came, I blew it then Fuller shot on me and attacked me right there in the middle of the ring in front of everyone.

6. Who have been some of your favorite people to work with in the business?

Damian Darkside, Vertabreaker, Beau Douglas, The Skunk, Apocalypse, and the "Black Dragon" Troy Bond

7. What is the best and worst thing about being in the wrestling industry?

Best thing is that it's pretty fun to just go out and perform. Worst thing is the backstage politics

8. What do you think of the current state of professional wrestling?

It's not what it used to be. Hopefully NWA-TNA will get a real TV deal soon and be some serious competition for WWE.

9. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Comic collecting, playing video games, watching horror flicks.

10. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I can't really say in WWE or NWA-TNA at this point but I'll always be in wrestling
