First off, FTW officials would just like to thank all the fans who came out and showed their support for FTW Wrestling. 221 rowdy fans packed into the Polish Hall on Friday March 14th for a wild show.

Results: FTW Road To Gold - March 14, Polish American Independent Club

All Money is Legal vs. Team New Era

Making their FTW debut, All Money is Legal had their hands full with Mat Bomboy and Cory Kastle. Prior to the match, Bomboy grabbed the mic and added a stipulation to the match. If All Money is Legal were to lose, then they would be forced to leave FTW on the very same night they made their debut. A one and done deal! The match went back and forth, with Bomboy and Kastle consistently dominating Pusha and Murda. It looked like it was all over for AMIS after Bomboy nailed Murda with some sort of brass knuckles. The ref counted three and the match was over, Team New Era had won. However, referee Hanson spotted the foreign object after Bomboy accidentally dropped it on the floor. The ref ordered the match to restart and Pusha and Murda rolled up Kastle and Bomboy for the victory. After the match, Bomboy and Kastle told FTW officials that the ref’s call was bulls#%t and that they demanded a rematch at “End Of The Beginning”.

Winners: All Money Is Legal

Smash Your A$$ Battle Royale - Last 4 men will compete later that night in Fatal 4 Way

It was announced that participants would enter every 30 seconds following numbers one and two. It was also announced that a random number of wrestlers could enter with each pick. First out was The Rockstar. After talking some trash and hearing some boos from the fans, fans were shocked to see the next entrants.

Icky Rodz, Mickey Shipwrecked, and two other wrestlers that appeared to be from a rival organization came out and surrounded The Rockstar.

Shipwrecked grabbed the mic and stated that if FTW wanted a war, then they were going to get one right now. The match began and The Rockstar simply dominated the four men with a bevy of moves. As the match progressed more and more wrestlers entered and chaos ensued.

After all the dust settled, we thought we had our final four men remaining in the ring. That being Jim Sullivan, Danny Demanto, Grim Reefer, and The Rockstar. When suddenly Sabu's music hit and he entered as the last participant. He immediately threw a chair into the ring and went face to face with The Rockstar who was subsequently eliminated. The 4 remaining men had to be restrained after the match was over. The feeling in the room was tense as we prepared for the Main Event later on that night.

Winners: Sabu, Danny Demanto, Jim Sullivan, Grim Reefer
All 4 men would advance to the Fatal Four Way in the Main Event.

New York Street Fight
Lenn Oddity vs. Low Life Louie

This match lived up to everything we thought it would be as Oddity and Louie absolutetly destroyed each other in a bloody war. These two used every weapon possible including a barbed wire chair, a staple gun, and thumbtacks. The most brutal of all may have been when Louie began drilling a nail directly into Oddity’s forehead. However, Oddity retaliated and even hit his patented finisher, the “Ka-Boom”, onto a steel chair. Unfortunately for Lenn, it wasn’t enough as Louie scored the victory.

After the match, Louie grabbed the mic and told Oddity that he was one of the craziest mother f#%kers he had ever fought, but in order to gain true notoriety within FTW, Lenn would have to go after one of the top dogs.

Winner: Low Life Louie

After an intermission which saw a performance by the band “Altamonte”, Roxie Cotton came out to the ring getting set to face her opponent. As we soon learned, her opponent had apparently chickened out. While frustrated and annoyed, Roxie claimed that her purse was stolen in the locker room.

Suddenly, out walked Jay Lover along with Don Tony. Turns out that Lover was the one who stole Roxie’s purse and what he found inside of it was quite disturbing. A used pregnancy test and a wad of used up condoms. Insulted, Roxie slapped Jay Lover for stealing her purse. In turn, Lover took out Roxie with a DDT.

Coming to the ring to make the save was FTW super hero the Purple People Beater which led to an impromptu match between the two.

Jay Lover vs. Purple People Beater

Lover dominated the majority of the match by thwarting off a dropkick and high cross body from the Beater. But PPB managed to rally after sending Lover through 6 steel chairs with a powerbomb off the apron. Noticeably in pain, Lover somehow managed a comeback. The end came when Lover set up a table outside the ring. He delivered a devastating piledriver to PPB off of the ring apron through the table. The fans went insane and Lover was victorious.

Winner: Jay Lover

Javi-Air vs. Kryptic Keegan

A last minute change as Azrieal was unable to make the show. He was replaced by FTW newcomer Kryptic Keegan. These two had an awesome match and exchanged high flying maneuvers and near pinfalls the entire match. The end was drawing near after Javi hit a sick running senton over the top rope onto Kryptic who was sprawled out on the arena floor. Javi got the three count after hitting a frontside backcracker off the top rope.

Winner: Javi-Air

Alumni Club vs. Brian Anthony & Mystery Partner

For weeks, people speculated as to who the identity of Brian Anthony’s mystery partner would be against the Alumni Club. We found out that it was “Fashionable” Kristian Frost. Frost and Anthony dominated for the majority of the match but their efforts were not enough against the awesome duo of Torres and Valentine. The finish saw the Alumni Club nail Anthony with their finisher the “Shut Out”. After the match, Anthony & Frost seemed upset with each other. We’ll see if these two team up together again in the future.

Winners: Alumni Club

Main Event
Fatal 4 Way Elimination Match
Last 2 Men remaining advance to the Finals of the Road To Gold Tournament at FTW's next event "End of the Beginning"

Sabu vs. Grim Reefer vs. Danny Demanto vs. Jim Sullivan

Demanto, Reefer and Sullivan waited anxiously in the ring for the arrival of Sabu. Sabu entered and Demanto grabbed the mic claiming that Sabu was too hurt to inflict any pain upon him. As soon as the words left Demanto’s mouth, Sabu flung a chair directly into Demanto’s head starting the match. All 4 men brawled all over the ring. Demanto hit a nasty senton onto Reefer who lay helpless on a chair. The action was hot and heavy as Sabu set Demanto up on a table outside the ring. Sabu climbed back inside and delivered a springboard legdrop through the table onto Demanto. Demanto rolled back into the ring and Sabu then hit an Arabian Facebuster on Demanto. The pin was counted and Danny was eliminated. We were down to 3 as Sullivan almost scored a near pinfall on Reefer. Frustrated with referee Chuck Morris’s slow count, Sullivan grabbed Morris and delivered a Kryptonite Krunch, dropping him directly on his head. He then grabbed Reefer and attempted the same when Lenn Oddity hit the ring and nailed Sullivan with the “Ka Boom”. Apparently, Louie’s words about going after one of the top dogs had some effect on Lenn. Reefer took advantage of the opportunity and covered Sullivan for the 3 count.

It was over. Sabu and the Grim Reefer will advance to the finals of the Road To Gold Tournament to crown the first ever FTW World Heavyweight Championship.

After the match, Reefer and Sabu went after each other and had to be kept apart by referees and FTW officials. It didn’t matter as the two men continued to try to kill each other.

So it is set. Reefer vs. Sabu to become the first ever FTW World Heavyweight Champion at
"End of the Beginning"
