Reckless Youth
Reckless Youth a.k.a. "The Technician" Tom Carter, made his
wrestling debut in September 1995 and quickly became one of the best known
names on the independent scene. His wrestling style and repitoire of high
flying and suicidal moves had been unseen in the wrestling world at that
time.

July 9, 2006--Maryland Cham'p Wrestling: Derek Frazier beat Tom Carter
and Bad Boy Luke in the 1st Round of the Shamrock Cup..
In additon, Reckless Youth (now wrestling as The Technician Tom Carter)
was one of the founders of Chikara, along with Mike Quackenbush.
For his amazing contribution to the independent wrestling scene, Reckless
Youth Tom Carter is inducted into the Independent Wrestling Hall of Fame.
