Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. Vendetta
Hell Hath No Fury 3 features the return to IWC of wrestling legend Jake
"The Snake" Roberts following a successful IWC debut in Franklin,
PA at Night of Legends 2008. IWC promoter Norm Connors has announced that
Jake's scheduled opponent for May 17th in Elizabeth will be none other
than a member of the Family, the young, brash Vendetta! Vendetta has been
spouting off at the mouth ever since his debut in IWC about his dislike
for IWC, its fans, and especially its promoter. It all came to a head
on April 25th at Super Indy VII when Vendetta made comments about Norm
and his temporary departure from IWC. Connors was furious and decided
to sign Vendetta to take on Jake. When reached for comment, Connors only
had one thing to say: "Vendetta has himself to blame. He just brought
this upon himself, nobody else." It's been well-documented about
Vendetta's obsession with old wrestling tapes, mimicking and replicating
his favorite moves and wrestlers on occasion. Has he studied the most
psychological wrestler to ever step foot in the squared circle enough
to counter the mind games? Or will he fall victim, as so many others have,
to the legendary DDT and the slithery friend that Jake is sure to bring
with him?
IWC World Heavyweight Title Match:
Dennis Gregory defends against Delirious w/ Daizee Haze
For some reason, Dennis Gregory took it upon himself to make Delirious
and Daizee Haze's lives a living hell at Super Indy VII. After interrupting
Daizee's interview time backstage, Gregory made a pass at Delirious' manager
& translator, prompting a slap from The Haze. Later in the night,
Gregory interjected himself into the four-way Super Indy & Tex-Arkana
TV Title match, drawing the ire of Delirious once again by trying to attack
Haze. This allowed Delirious enough time out of the ring to be counted
out of the match. IWC officials signed the match almost immediately following
the Super Indy VII live event, and Delirious will receive his first IWC
World Heavyweight Title shot on May 17th! However, it's highly doubtful
if the gold will be on his mind as much as revenge...
IWC Super Indy Title Match:
"Sweet N Sour" Larry Sweeney vs. "The New FN Show"
Jerry Lynn
This match features an unprecedented situation in IWC. Jerry Lynn won
the Super Indy VII tournament on April 25th, defeating Jason Gory, Shiima
Xion, and Davey Richards en route to his victory. As is tradition, Larry
Sweeney hit the ring after Lynn's win, offering his congratulations and
presenting him with his newly won IWC Super Indy Title. Lynn respectfully
declined, claiming that even though he won the tournament, he never defeated
the champion, Sweeney. The challenge was made and accepted, and now for
the first time ever, the Super Indy VII winner will be wrestling for the
IWC Super Indy Title!
IWC Tag Team Title Match:
BabyFace Fire defend against Sexual Harassment
This title match has been a long time coming. At least in the minds of
Justin Idol & Eric Xtasy, anyways. Since getting back on the same
track in November, Sexual Harassment have defeated 5 of the last 6 teams
to hold the IWC Tag Team Championship: The Gambino Brothers, Facade &
Gargano, BabyFace Fire, The Cleveland Mafia, and Southern Comfort. They
even defeated a former IWC Super Indy Champion and the Super Indy III
winner Chris Sabin along with the other Super Indy III finalist Alex Shelley,
the Motor City Machine Guns. The winners of that match earned themselves
a shot at BabyFace Fire for the IWC Tag Team Titles, and Harassment certainly
has earned it over the last 6 months. Justin Idol attributes their last
6 months of success to both men buckling down and taking things more seriously.
Will their 6 months of getting serious, buckling down, and earning success
get them the titles they've long awaited? Or will Shiima Xion & Jason
Gory continue their second title reign into the summer?
Six Man Tag Team War:
Shirley Doe, Super Hentai, & Michael "The Bomber" Facade
vs. The Gambino Brothers & "DeeeeeLicious" Jimmy DeMarco
Months of hatred and attacks and frustration will all come to a head inside
the squared circle on May 17th as 3 members of the Gambino Family will
take on longtime friends and rivals Super Hentai & Shirley Doe, and
their protege Michael "The Bomber" Facade. For months, The Family
has been targeting Doe, Hentai, and Facade with vicious, brutal attacks.
It wasn't until Super Indy VII that all three men were able to overcome
the numbers. After the Family attempted to hold a funeral for the "career
of Super Hentai", Hentai, Doe, and Facade hit the ring with weapons
and took out the Gambinos, their cousin Jimmy DeMarco, his partner Vendetta,
their sister Viki, and the Entourage of Flexor & Ferrari. As all the
men brawled out to the parking lot, fans even followed the action, just
to see the Family get their comeuppance. They'll get even more on May
17th, but not in the parking lot. It'll be a wild war inside the ring
at Hell Hath No Fury 3!
Bane Banned from the Building:
"The Baddest Man in IWC" Raymond Rowe vs. "The Big Daddy
of Destruction" J-Rocc
After "The Baddest Man in IWC" was turned on by his tag team
partner J-Rocc, Ray Rowe has had nothing but revenge on his mind. In his
attempt to garner some revenge in February, he was met with J-Rocc's personal
"Ray-dozer", Jason Bane. The 6'8" 300 lb. man mountain
Bane destroyed Rowe like nobody we've seen before. Not even Samoa Joe
was able to injure Rowe like Bane did. After both J-Rocc & Ray Rowe
got some attacks on each other at Night of Legends 2008, they were suspended
for 30 days by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and IWC promoter
Norm Connors, respectfully. Now, both men look to tangle one more time,
but this time IWC officials are on the lookout for Jason Bane. He has
been banned from the building, and security will be standing guard all
through the night at the different exits, keeping an eye out for Bane
to make sure he does not enter the building and intervene in the match!
"Balls Hot" Troy Lords vs. Johnny Gargano
This match will be a battle between a Super Indy division mainstay, and
a young man looking to breakout in IWC in a big way. Troy Lords is an
IWC veteran, competing for the company for over 6 years, which is longer
than most on the current roster can claim. Lords has been an IWC Super
Indy and Tag Team Champion, and has taken on some of the biggest and best
IWC has to offer. Only a few years ago did he find himself in the spot
that young upstart Johnny Gargano finds himself in now. Gargano made his
IWC debut a mere one year ago on May 11th at Super Indy VI and captured
the IWC Tag Team Titles on a flash with Michael Facade. Since then, Gargano
has been struggling to find his own identity, and it seems his identity
does not include a tag team with Facade. After refusing to team with Facade
against The Gambino Brothers in February and against Sexual Harassment
in Franklin at Night of Legends 2008, he seems to have gone into his own
direction while Facade deals with the Family. After a very strong showing
against Jerry Lynn, Gargano looks to break out in IWC, and what better
way to achieve that than with a victory over Troy Lords?
"Fabulous" John McChesney vs. "Snapshot" CJ Sensation
On the heals of IWCwrestling.com's big announcement of Jake "The
Snake Roberts' opponent yesterday, "Fabulous" John McChesney
is, once again, vociferous about Connors' decision to include somebody
else in a match he wanted. Ever since it was announced that "The
Snake" would be unleashed in Elizabeth, McChesney has been lobbying
to IWC officials and telling everybody else how he felt Roberts embarrassed
him in Franklin and wanted a rematch. After his interruption of Super
Indy VII when he was not invited to compete in the tournament, how will
McChesney react on May 17th? Will he once again cause a disruption, bringing
the event to a grinding halt as he did on April 25th? IWCWrestling.com
has learned that "Fabulous" John McChesney will, indeed, be
in action at Hell Hath No Fury 3 against "The Snapshot" CJ Sensation!
Sensation can't be too happy about how McChesney cost both Michael "The
Bomber" Façade and him a last ditch chance to fill an open
spot in the Super Indy tournament last month. Now, he has a chance to
extract some payback on May 17!
Plus all the fun and surprises you've come to expect from IWC!!!
