Irresistible Danielle
1. What made you decide to get involved in professional wrestling,
primarily as a manager?
I really enjoyed wrestling, specially the Characters. I decided to try
it when I went to a local small show and soon later met John Saxon and
started managing him. We work really good together and I love managing
him.
2. What promotions have you worked for? Do any stand out as your favorites
or least favorites?
I can't remember all the places I have been, some of them are...
International Championship Wrestling, Gulf South Wrestling, Nwa-newsouth,
Groundzero, All Pro. High Impact, Full Throttle, I have enjoyed everywhere
I've been and never had one problem with any promotion.
3. What do you enjoy the most, and the least, about professional wrestling?
The most is...I love the traveling, its cool to see new places. I love
to make a crowd feel like they got there moneys worth and working my butt
off.
I don't take anything personal, so there's not much I don't like. Its
a business and in business's there is gonna be manipulations and lies,
its how you deal with that that counts. : )
4.
Recently, you had your first wrestling match. How much training did you
have to prepare for the match? Do you have plans on continuing wrestling
or do you prefer the managing aspect?
I started training to Wrestle in 2002 and learned basic wrestling holds.
I started training again in 2007 and trained for 2 months before my match.
John Saxon trained me for the most part and Passion worked with me as
well. I felt like I was ready and had my first match Aug. 4th 2007. I'm
going to keep training and have more matches. It's working out great and
I will always manage.
5. As a woman in a predominantly male sport, are you ever treated differently
by promoters or wrestlers?
Not really. A women can get respect by men if she earns it. I believe
it's about how your carry yourself and how you do your job that matters.
6. If you could do anything differently, or change anything about your
career, what (if anything) would it be?
Nothing so far. As long as your learn something you should have no regrets.
Even a mistake can be a good thing.
7. Who are some of your favorite people to manage?
I have managed John Saxon in singles, I have managed Jerry Lawler,
Kevin Nash, Kevin Northcutt and Steve Anthony throughout the years in
a tag. They were all great.
8. What has been the highlight of your career thus far?
My first match was a highlight, I felt it was a great success. Getting
Tarred and Feathered was something I can't forget. Managing against Percy
Pringle III at ringside was really cool because he is a great manager.
Highlights for me are memories that were really fun!
9. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love...Working out, listening to music, spending time with my family,
watching movies, dancing around the house, but most of all...Smiling!
10. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself where ever I should be. I think I'm on a good
path this far. I have enjoyed myself, learned, and worked so hard and
I plan to continue and be successful.
