Mo Sexy!

#1 What made you decide to get into professional wrestling?

--Well, pretty much like everyone else I know in the business, I grew up watching it. I remember the first time I saw wrestling on TV. It was Hulk Hogan vs. Andre The Giant on Saturday Night's Main Event, when there were the 2 Hebner referee's and then Andre gave the belt to Ted Debiase. I was 5 years old when I saw it. I could stay awake long enough to see what happened, so the next day I asked my dad and he told me "Hogan lost!". I couldn't believe it, I almost started to cry. After that day, if wrestling was on.......I watched it. I've been hooked ever since. It's all I think about and it's the only thing I want to do.

#2 Where did you train? How did you go about finding a trainer?

--I was trained at the East Coast Professional Wrestlint School (ECPW). I started in February of 2000 and was trained originally by Gino Caruso and The Kodiak Bear. How I found out about the school is kind of an different story. I was working at a formalwear store in the mall and the irlfriend of one of the guy's I worked with knew "Sure Thing" Ryan Wing. I used to always talk about wrestling and we would all pretend to be D-X, cause they were hot at the time. She came in one day while we were talking and said,"Hey a friend of mine is a wrestler. You should really try it, I think you would be pretty good. You're bigger than he is, you wrestled in high school too. I'll tell him to stop in one day." Well, he stopped in and gave me a business card one day. I though about it, but my parent's were on me about going to school since I had just graduated high school. Plus I didn't really have the money. So, I put the card in my wallet, where it stayed for over a year until one day when I was cleaning out my wallet. I came upon the card again and thought to myself,"I'm not really into the school thing and I sure as hell don't want to be here for the rest of my life. I can always go back to school if it doesn't work." So I figured.....WTF? I called up Gino, made a date to stop by, found out the school was 30 min from my house, made my first payment and .......POOF!!! Here I am today!

#3. When was your first match? Who was your opponent? What promotion was it for?

--My first match was in August of 2000 at the ECPW arena and my opponent was Tiger Mulligan. I remember the Monday before my match, I was having a bad practice and messed up a couple times on a spot that I would now, consider easy. I remember Tiger saying,"If ya' can't do it now, then ya' can't do it in match!" Then I started to bug out, thinking to myself, "What if I can't do this? What if I'm not ready? Oh my god, I'm not ready!!!". Then Bryan Wenzel pulled me aside and said,"Everybody has there first match. I have, everyone has. You are going to be nervous, but i've seen you work...you're ready, trust me, you're ready." I never forgot what Wenzel told me and to this day, Wenzel is one of my longest and best friends in the business. But anyway, we had the match, I had about 20 friends and family there. I was never as fired up as I was right before my music hit and my friends were going nuts chanting my name. Right there I finally realized what that feeling was that all the wrestlers were talking about. We had the match, and it was great. Well, for my first match, it was. I look at it now, and it's not so great, but it at the time it was. I'll never forget it.

#4. What promotions have you worked for? Where do you currently wrestle?

--I've worke for ECPW, WXW, DCW, WWA, ACW, UWA, UWF and a many other promotions that really didn't run enough shows for me to remeber what they were called. I do most of my work out of ECPW, it is my home. But I am a constant worker down at DCW in Delaware. Many thanks to "Jeff Rocker" for inviting me down and also to "Mike Xylas", who is my tag team partner in DCW, and also to "Red Hot Russ" for helping me get down there. They are a great promotion to work for with great people, an awesome locker room and a wonderful product that they know what to do with. I'm making my debut in JCW on the 22nd of February, which I am really excited about and am expeceting good things to come of it. I'm also getting back to ACW and WXW for shows whenever possible. But I'm ususally working every weekend, somewhere.

#5. What wrestlers, if any, do you look up to? Are there any wrestlers that you base your style on?

--I look up to guy's like Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho.........the one's who proved that you don't have to be 6 feet tall or weigh 250 plus pounds to be in the main events.......and WIN!! They helped pave the way for some of the smaller guy's trying to make it in a big man's world. They showed the world that, it's not what you eat, but what you bring to the table that count's. As far as who I base my style on......basically, I try to take little pieces....from different places...make a puzzle out of them....and then put them together in a way that makes sense. I feel, deep down, that I can work any style match and have it make sense. I like to pride myself on saying that I can work a good match with anybody, no matter how much or how little experinece they have, I believe I can have a good match with anybody.

6# Who have been some of the people you have enjoyed stepping in the ring with or against?

--Wow, tough question, but here goes: "Tiger Mulligan"--impossible for me to have a bad match with, he's that good. Each match get's better and better everytime we do it. "Scotty Charisma"--always a professional in the ring and out, tells a great story in every match. I had one of my best "it told story" match with Scotty. "Johnny Thunder"--awesome story teller. We always work a great "old school" match and the finish is always on the button. "Crowbar, Devon Storm"--he's as good, if not better than everyone says he is. I got to work him in a main event that the promoter wanted him over but he told me,"Naaa, we can do whatever we want, I wanna put you over!"....He's a class act. "Nunzio and Tony Mamaluke"--the best tag team I've ever worked, the match was awesome and James(Guido/Nunzio) is right where he should be. Tony is one of the best cruiserweights around. "The Nelson Brothers"--pound for pound, the best tag team around. "Mike Xylas"--never really worked against him, but we have great chemistry as a team and he has alot of potential. "The Kodiak Bear"--always a fun match. He's the first to tell you he's not the best wrestler, but he always has the best match. We had an awesome match and all I did was a bodyslam and a frog splash and that's all we need to do. "Damian Adams and Josh Daniels"--two of the most talented, bound for greatness workers today. "Red Hot Russ"--the all-around best worker around today. His psycology is off the page and then when you add timing with pure wrestling technique, he's ring general.

#7. What wrestler, alive or deceased, would be your dream opponent?

--Shawn Michaels....no question about it. I realized I HAD to do this, about 8 years ago at an MSG show. Shawn just finished his match with HHH and he decided to go through the crowd instead of up the aisle. As soon as I saw that, I booked from my seat and ran down through the crowd. There was no security, cause no one knew he was going to do this. I ran down and was near him. I reached my hand out to try and get to him, but he just passed me. Then out of no where, I felt someone grab my hand and raise it up to the sky, I looked up and it was Shawn Michaels. I looked around and everyone was going nuts. At that moment, I felt the emotion from every single person in Madison Squaer Garden. He is the reason I fell in love with this business and he would be the guy that could give me my dream match. It would truly be an honor to stand in the same ring as Shawn Michaels.

#8. What has been your most memorable moment in pro wrestling?

--Jumping off the top of the steel cage at the Mennan Arena in the main event of ECPW's biggest show of the year at May-Hem 2003. Remember when "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka jumped off the top of a steel cage, most people will only get to dream about doing something like that. But I actually got to do it in front of a live crowd. It was amazing. That match itself was unbelieveble for me. I actually didn't make it back to the locker room, I had to stop and sit on the arena floor and actually register what had just happend. I couldn't stop shaking and I almost started to cry. I couldn't believe I got to experince something that amazing. It is a feeling...a night.....a moment I will never forget.

#9. When you are not wrestling, what do you like to do?

--Well, i don' really have that much free time outside of wrestling. I go to the gym @ 6:30am Monday-Friday, then i go to work at a retail store from 10-5:30pm, Monday-Saturday with the occasional days off for shows. Then I go to school from 6-10pm, Monday-Thursday and my weekends are for wrestling. I spend most of my free time trying to be in a relationship with my girlfriend. But if I EVER get any free time, I like to play video games or watch any wrestling tape I can get my hands on. I study all whatever I watch. I tape Raw and Smackdown! every week and watch them twice to completely evaluate the matches. I'm a fairly simple person, give me a bag of doritos, a beer, a video game and a wrestling tape.....I'm good to go!!! Plus the occasional adult film never hurts =)!!!!!

#10 Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

--I believe what ever comes our way is meant to happen through God. He intends for things to happen in certain ways and though they are not always what we want, it is what it is ......so be it! Me personally, I see myself in WWE. I know that is a bold statement, I'm not talking about main events.......Velocity or Heat is cool for me. I feel deep down inside that this is why I'm here, I really don't know why I do this, I just know I have to or I'll go nut's. I can't settle for being ordinary, I can't and I won't. I just hope God see's the same thing I do. But in life, we have to work with what hand we are dealt, sometimes we can trade in a few cards for others, but in the end we are stuck with what's left in our hand. What we do with that hand depends on us. But no matter what happens, I know one thing for sure...........In 5 years..I promise.......I'll be right where I'm supposed to be!!!
