POWER PRO WRESTLING brings its biggest card ever, GENESIS,
to the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center in SANFORD, NC on Friday night MARCH
28th. This will be a super card of epic proportions and the entire landscape
of North Carolina's fastest rising promotion will be changed on this monumental
night.
In the main event, Power Pro Heavyweight Champion CHAM-PAIN defends against
the bizarre SOLOMON SPADES. These two have waged war since Power Pro's
re-launch in January but the rivalry has grown intensely personal in recent
weeks ever since the diabolical Spades struck Pain's valet Cristal with
a steel chair and later abducted her from ringside during one of Cham-Pain's
matches. The champion has never been so shaken by a challenger as the
manipulative Spades has gotten inside Pain's head, all the while, weaseling
his way through the Number One Contender's tournament to earn this coveted
title opportunity. At GENESIS we will see once and for all if Spades'
mind games can earn him the Power Pro Heavyweight Championship or if the
resilient champion can overcome all the tactics of the deranged Spades
and successfully defend on Power Pro’s biggest night ever.
Another humongous grudge match sees Power Pro Commissioner DICK FOLEY
going against TIMBER THE INSANE LUMBERJACK in a falls count anywhere,
anything goes match where the loser must retire from Power Pro Wrestling.
The 12-months long blood feud between Foley and Timber will finally culminate
in this dangerous bout that will see one man lose it all as the loser
will be retired from the Power Pro roster, never to be seen again. Timber’s
constant attacks and bait-and-switch tactics have been one of the biggest
thorns in the side of the commissioner and Timber is chiefly responsible
for the anarchy in PPW that commissioner Foley has been forced to crack
down on. You will not want to miss these two hardcore rivals do battle
once and for all to settle their score.
Power Pro Tag-Team Champions SCRAPYARD DOG & MIKAEL MOSLEY w/ EBONY
NICOLE will defend their belts against number one contender’s the
KINGS OF CAROLINA (“DANGEROUS E” COREY EDSEL & “THE
DIAMOND” KC McKNIGHT w/ BRAD STUTTS) in what has quickly become one
of the most heated tag-team rivalries ever in PPW. SYD & Mosley struck
first against their challengers, injuring the knee of Dangerous E in a
violent post-match attack and now the pugnacious challengers are coming
for revenge and to stake their claim once and for all that they are the
best tag-team in the Carolinas.
Power Pro Internet Champion ROLAND DYCE defends against former champion
ALEX ADONIS in a war to once and for all settle their long-running feud.
Adonis used every cheap victory and underhanded tactic imaginable to hold
on to his title until Dyce finally was able to even the odds in a no disqualification
match to capture the belt. Adonis now has been granted a rematch at GENESIS
with the title on the line and bragging rights as to who will win this
feud.
Also coming to GENESIS is a special attraction return ladies match as
KRISTIN FLAKE battles Da Blond Mafya’s AMBER O’NEAL w/ BRANDI
RICHARDSON. These two waged perhaps the most brutal women’s match
ever in the Carolinas back in January with both girls beating the tar
out of each other in a heated bout. The rematch has finally been signed
for the biggest night in Power Pro history as Flake comes for redemption
against the Mafya.
Plus a very special Legends Match pitting team captains of two of wrestling’s
all-time great tag-teams: BEAUTIFUL BOBBY EATON of the MIDNIGHT EXPRESS
faces RICKY MORTON of the ROCK N ROLL EXPRESS! All this and much more

1. FROM RALEIGH, TRAVELING US # 1 SOUTH - Take Greensboro Hwy 421 Exit.
Turn right at bottom of exit ramp onto Hwy 421. Proceed through town 4
- 6 miles. Turn left on Bragg Street at the Burger King. Go on to the
next traffic light. Turn right onto Nash Street. The Dennis A. Wicker
Civic Center will be on the left approximately 2/10ths of a mile.
2. FROM FAYETTEVILLE, TRAVELING NC 87 WEST - Hwy 87 will merge with Hwy
421. Bear left onto Hwy 421 north and proceed one mile to intersection
of Hwy 421 and Main Street. (Arby's and K Mart will be on the right) Turn
right onto Main Street. Proceed to the next traffic light. Turn left onto
Nash Street. The Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center is on the right approximately
3/10ths of a mile.
3. FROM SOUTHERN PINES, TRAVELING US # 1 NORTH - Turn right onto Hwy 78
at traffic light in Tramway. Proceed 4 - 6 miles on Hwy 78 through Jonesboro
to intersection of Hwy 421. Cross Hwy 421 and proceed to next traffic
light. Turn left onto Nash Street. The Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center is
on the right approximately 3/10ths of a mile.
4. FROM DURHAM, CHAPEL HILL AND PITTSBORO, TRAVELING 15-501 SOUTH - Proceed
on 15-501 to Sanford. 15-501 will merge with US # 1 south. Proceed on
US # 1 to Greensboro/Hwy 421 exit. Turn right at the bottom of the exit
ramp onto Hwy 421. Proceed through town 4 - 6 miles. Turn left on Bragg
Street at the Burger King. Go to the next traffic light and turn right
onto Nash Street. The Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center will be on the left
approximately 2/10ths of a mile.
5. FROM GREENSBORO AND SILER CITY TRAVELING HWY 421 SOUTH –Proceed
on Hwy 421 south into Sanford. Continue through town on Hwy 421. Turn
left on Bragg Street at the Burger King. Go to the next traffic light
and turn right on Nash Street. The Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center will
be on the left approximately 2/10ths of a mile.
6. FROM DUNN AND LILLINGTON, TRAVELING HWY 421 NORTH - Proceed on Hwy
421 into Sanford. Continue on Hwy 421 to intersection of Hwy 421 and Main
