On December 1st, WEW ( Women's Extreme Wrestling), returned
to The New Alhambra Sports & Entertainment Center (Former ECW Arena)
in Philadelphia for their latest PPV taping entitled "Naughty or
Nice"

The doors opened at 7:30 and the show began at 8:15, which is incredible considering no WEW show has ever began before 8:45 in the past.
Luminaries in attendance included Lacey (who was unable to wrestle due to bronchitis), Kathy Fitzpatrick, Artie, Ed Darcey, Dan from Parsippany, Karen Belcher, Marty, Eric Shafer, and Wrestling Wally.
The show began with the introductions of Jewelz, Roxy Cotton, Ginger, and Etta. No sign of Scott Hudson as ring announcer.
Talia, accompanied by April Hunter, defeated Annie Social in a Falls Count Anywhere match that never left the ring. Annie Social no longer seems to want to be a "Hells Belle" as she was decked out in a red, white, and blue 76'ers outfit. Personally, I think the "Hells Belle" attire is more appropriate for her. The finish came when April KO'd Annie from the ring apron, allowing Talia to get the pin.
In the second match, Sumie Sakai defeated April Hunter. The match was good and at one point saw April apply Sumie's infamous camel clutch (in which she pulls the hair but switches hands before the 5 count) to Sumie. Sumie hit a beautiful missile drop-kick but missed the moonsault she followed it up with. Annie Social ran to ringside but just watched as Talia ran into the ring. The ref got KO'd and April grabbed Sumie as Talia went to hit her with the tag title. Sumie moved, causing Talia to hit April, which gave Sumie the chance to make the pinfall. Isis ran in to make the three count.
The crowd was then introduced to the newest WEW wrestler, Chief Jane Strong Ho. Strong Ho came out and began her war dance but was soon destroyed by Amy Lee who ran into the ring and squashed the Ho. After the bout, "Booty Bangin" Nurse T & Jessica Blade, made their way onto the entrance ramp to challenge Amy Lee to a match. Are they just that stupid? Amy Lee accepted, in her own delicate way.
Amber O'Neal came out in a lovely blue dress, complete with tiara and cell phone. She introduced her new manager/guru, "The Queen of Extreme" Francine. Her opponent was Principal Lazarus, accompanied by Lucy Furr and Envy. Francine got on the mic to tell the crowd that she was ready to once again be General Manager of WEW but she was quickly interrupted by Bill Alfonso who came out and announced that he was the new GM. Amber won the match after hitting Lazarus with her cell phone.
The ring announcer announced the return of one of the WEW originals, Brittney the Schoolgirl. Brittney, sporting newer and even larger breasts, recently finished law school and I guess now has more time to appear at WEW shows and stand at ringside for no apparent reason.
Christie Ricci defeated ODB in a "Dude, Who Stole My Car" Match. Yes, that's right, the match is based on the fact that ODB stole Ricci's car and totaled it in an accident. OK. ODB beat down Ricci, while berating her on the mic the entire time. Ricci made a comeback and pinned ODB who was stunned by her loss.
In a "Special Attraction Match" (and what's not a "Special Attraction" at a WEW show?) Army Vs. Navy Stripdown/Beatdown G.I. Ho (representing the Army) took on Admiral Spread Legs (representing the Navy). The ring was surrounded by "Lumberjanes" who's job it was to strip the women down to their bras and panties (or bikinis) when they were thrown to the floor. Luckily, the match ended quickly with Admiral Spread Legs winning, and GI Ho showing a lot more than was expected.
The WEW World Title was on the line next as Champion F.B.I. Full Breasted Italian Angel Orsini defeated "Latin Loca Mami" Mercedez Martinez in an excellent match. The two battled in and out of the ring and at one point, Mercedes was suplexed off the ring apron and through a table. Angel ended up getting the pinfall and retaining her title.
Team T & A, Talia & April Hunter, retained their tag titles by defeating the International Superstar Sumie Sakai & "Hardcore" Annie Social. As I stated earlier, the 76'ers attire kind of kills the "Hardcore" aspect of Annie Social's character. Luckily, April and Sumie spent a lot of time in the ring. April was able to hit the headhunter on Sumie for the pinfall.
Amy Lee defeated Nurse T and Jessica Blade. Defeated is not the word to be used. Amy Lee carried these two non wrestlers for a good ten minutes before finally knocking them both to the ground (where they began to make out) and dropped the big Dusty Rhodes elbow on both girls for the pinfall.
A "Devil's Advocate" Match was up next with Vanity 'The Dutchess Of Desire" accompanied by the always vocal Lucy Furr and T.H.A.I. (Teaching His Almighty Influence). Vanity pretty much dominated the match. At one point, Lucy got onto the ring apron and stole THAI's bible. Screaming, as only she can, "I stole your bible! I stole your bible!", she distracted THAI and Vanity grabbed her mirror. THAI turned around but ducked the mirror shot, hitting Vanity with a clothesline for the pinfall.
In an actual wrestling match (which they announced as a lucha libre bout), Simply Luscious defeated Nikki Roxx. This was by far the best match of the night (followed by Mercedes v Angel). Two of the best in the business, in the ring together, and they showed how good they are with tons of back and forth action until Luscious was able to make the pin.
In a #1 Contender's Match for the WEW World Title, Amber O'Neal with Francine defeated ODB, Christie Ricci, and Envy with Lucy Furr. Ricci pretty much walked around ringside with Francine, as ODB and Ricci destroyed Envy. As soon as Envy was down, and ODB and Ricci focused on each other, O'Neal ran in and made the pinfall. Lucy tackled Francine and a brief catfight ensued.
In the main event of the evening, Tatiana the Schoolgirl won
an 11 Woman Gauntlet Battle Royal to win the WEW Hardcore Championship.
Basically, it was a Royal Rumble with 30 second intervals. The women involved
in the match included Nurse T, Amy Lee, Sumie Sakai, Jane Strong Ho, Envy,
Simply Luscious, Mercedes Martinez, Vanity, Lazarus, and GI Ho. All those
women, some of who can actually wrestle, and Tatiana the school girl is
crowned the new Hardcore Champion. If that doesn't pretty much say it
all, then nothing does.
