1. What made you decide to become a professional wrestler?
I decided to become a professional wrestler because I was looking for
something to do. I was always into sports, but I hated the structure of
team sports, so I found something that I could do as an individual and
not as a number.
2. What has been your most memorable moment in wrestling thus far?
That's tough, it would either have to be my recent dark match versus Gene
Snisky or WXW's South Pacific tour. The WWE match was great but it was
only one night, the tour lasted one month and had crowds that were nearly
as big.
3. Of all the promotions you have worked for, which have been your
favorites and why?
WXW without a doubt. It is a family environment and has a terrific setup
for indy shows. It is also great because several wrestlers who are big
elsewhere have passed through WXW including: Low Ki, Homicide, Slyk Wagner
Brown and Sinn
4. Who are some of your favorite wrestlers to watch in action?
Rey Mysterio Jr, Chris Benoit, and Eddie Guerrero especially.
5. What is the best and worst thing about being a professional wrestler?
The best thing about being a professional wrestler is the freedom to do
as you choose from night to night. Unlike other sports, I call all of
the plays and wrestle the way I choose. The worst part is people really
still don't understand what we go through. I've had countless injuries
and am still paying a few medical bills and then I have to go to the gym
and listen to some moron tell me what I'm doing is fake and dumb. God
I hate people.
6. What has been your most embarrassing moment in the sport?
I really don't have one......Lord knows I've had some real barn burner
matches with a few guys.....but nothing to get embarrassed over.
7. What advice would you give a youngster interested in getting into
professional wrestling?
Get the proper training. I know that it gets expensive to go to wrestling
school but having someone with inside knowledge of what it takes to make
it in the business is priceless. How is someone going to tell you what
you need to do to make it if they've never made it themselves?
8. What do you think of the current state of professional wrestling?
Most people think with the WWE as the only major company the quality of
wrestling has declined but I disagree. With only one company, and only
so many spots, independent wrestlers have to try harder to impress. This
puts a certain degree of competition at the indy level, which makes its
wrestling that much better. If a guy at the indy level "takes a night
off", it could be an opportunity missed.
9. When you are not wrestling, what do you enjoy doing?
Lifting, sleeping, watching TV and sleeping some more.
10. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
With luck and hard work, hopefully in the WWE. If not I will still be
wrestling because I love it.
