BRITTNEY
She is
one of the hottest wrestlers in G.L.O.W. and W.E.W. She has advanced in
1wrestling.com's Hottest Valet Tournament. Now, the one and only Brittney
the Schoolgirl has taken the time to answer 10 Questions for the Wrestling
Clothesline.
1. How
did you get involved in professional wrestling?
Iattended a gloow show in september of 2000 and was a very, um, let's
say energetic audience member...i made it known that i wanted to wrestle,
so, ginger gave me a bikini and in i went against tai and gi ho...i guess
i put up a great fight because a crew member asked me for a contact number
and i got a phone call the next day inviting me to perform at the next
show...i guess it pays off to be an insane audience member...
2. Did you have
any formal training as a professional wrestler? If so, by whom?
Technically, i have no formal training, other than with the wrestlers
from gloow...
3. What promotions
do you wrestler for?
gloow and wew...

4. Many people
do not feel that GLOOW or WEW should be considered pro wrestling and that
it is more along the lines of adult entertainment. What are your feelings
regarding the promotions? Are they more sports entertainment, adult entertainment
or both? Is there a place for it in the business?
I believe that gloow and wew are both sports entertainment and adult entertainment
and that there is definately a place for it in the professional wrestling
business...we have very talented wrestlers, which also happen to be beautiful
women...we all know that sex sells, which both promotions have already
recognized and this allows for more attention to be drawn to the actual
talent exhibited in the shows...if you are a hard-core wrestling fan,
then you will enjoy the parts of the show that focus on traditional wrestling,
but who's going to really dispute watching beautiful women wrestle in
oil in latter parts of the show...if you are attracted to the adult entertainment
aspects of the show, then you will enjoy the t & a portions of the
show...it is the mixture of the two that makes these promotions more interesting
and exposes fans to different types of wrestling that they may not have
known they could enjoy...i think that most federations fail because they
lack originality and can't keep the interest of the fans...most wrestling
federations are too predictable, which is an adjective that does not pertain
to gloow or wew...you never know what to expect and it is definately an
interesting show to attend, and that is why we are thriving and so many
other feds have gone under...

5. What has been
your most memorable moment in wrestling thus far?
Being on the cover of wrestling world magazine...i still can't believe
that it happened...i remember going to the local acme the morning the
magazine came out...i just rolled out of bed, no make-up, in pajamas,
and eyes still half-shut (what a sight to see) and i bought every single
copy of the magazine in the store...at the check-out, i told the people
in line and the check-out girl that i was on the cover, and they looked
at the picture, then at me and they didn't believe me...i looked pretty
bad that morning...
6. What do you
like most about being in wrestling? What do you like least?
I like the people that i work with the most...they make it fun to come
out to the shows because they are crazy like me and they know how to really
have a good time...i don't like when crude audience members scream feverishly
"SHOW YOUR TITS"...no, why should i? i wish that they would
learn that I WILL NEVER SHOW MY TITS SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL STOP WASTING
YOUR BREATH...the whole "show your tits" line may be the most
unattractive thing that a man can utter at a show in my opinion...yeah,
it really makes me want to come up and be nice to you after the show...use
the heads on your necks guys, not the ones below your belts...
7. When you're
not wrestling, what do you like to do?
I am a full-time biology major, so most of my time is spent studying or
working as a waitress to pay for school, so i don't have much time to
do what i like to do...but when i do have the time, i just like to relax
with my boyfriend and watch a movie...i also love to eat, alot...and sleep...
8. Have you ever
been asked to do anything in any promotion that you were against?
I am not really against anything, but i do insist on not doing anything
to disrespect my boyfriend...i have refused to do some things that seemed
a little too risque for my taste, but not because i have a problem with
anyone else doing them, i just don't think that they were appropriate
for me to do considering i have a serious relationship with my boyfriend.
9. Where can the
fans find out where you'll be appearing or what you'll be up to next?
Fans can always check out the gloow website,
www.gloow.com or my fanclub, www.groups.yahoo.com/group/brittneysofficialfanclub
to stay updated on events and what's going on in my life...i interact
with fans all of the time, through email and the fanclub, to keep everyone
informed of what's going on...the fanclub is great, i post all of the
time about everything from wrestling to school to work...just about everything...
i also love it when people email me personally, my email address is brittneytheschoolgirl@hotmail.com
fans can always inquire about shows and stuff this way too.
10. Where do you
see yourself in 5 years?
Hmmm, 5 years is a long time...MAYBE I'LL BE A MILLIONAIRE...i'm determined
to win the scratch off lottery someday...i have good intentions, so i
deserve it, i swear...realistically and hopefully, i'll be graduating
from physician's assistant school...i have 2 more years of undergrad and
2 1/2 of pa school...as for wrestling, if i'm still having fun, i'll be
doing that too...it's when you stop having fun that you know it's not
for you anymore...
